The role in one line:
Cost control, budgeting and cross-functional operational coordination for an international group. You work with Finance, Legal and HR. You see the full picture.
What you’ll do:
→ Monitor budgets and spending across group entities, flagging variances to management
→ Verify invoices and contracts against approved budgets
→ Coordinate contract renewals with external legal advisors
→ Support onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation
→ Work daily in English with international managers and vendors
You’re the right fit if:
• You have 1–3 years in operations, finance or administration
• Excel/Google Sheets doesn’t scare you
• English B2+? Great — you’ll use it every day
• You are precise, autonomous and meet deadlines without being chased
