To support our continued growth, we are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who combines strong execution skills across web design, UX/UI with a strong generalist background.

This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys working across creative production, website optimization, and user engagement, contributing directly to campaign performance and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Creative Execution

  • Create marketing assets such as banners, email visuals, and social media creatives
  • Support campaign execution across digital channels in collaboration with SEA, SEO, and Content teams
  • Ensure consistency and quality of visual output across channels

UX/UI & Website Design

  • Design and improve landing pages and website elements (wireframes and UI layouts)
  • Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile
  • Support ongoing improvements to user journeys and conversion flows

Digital Marketing 

  • Support setting up and managing basic marketing automations (e.g., welcome flows, re-engagement campaigns)(knowledge of HubSpot is a plus!)
  • Design and build email templates and visual assets for communications
  • Collaborate with the team to improve user retention and engagement

Performance & Optimization

  • Support A/B testing initiatives by creating creative and design variations
  • Use basic performance data (CTR, engagement, conversions) to inform improvements
  • Contribute to optimizing campaigns, CRM performance, and on-site experiences

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, SEO, and Engineering teams
  • Translate marketing needs into effective visual and UX solutions
  • Participate in brainstorming and campaign development


Essential Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, UX/UI, web design, or a similar hybrid role
  • Strong hands-on experience creating:
    • Marketing assets (banners, email visuals, etc.)
    • Web or landing page designs
  • Experience supporting or executing email marketing or CRM campaigns
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
  • Strong visual sense (typography, spacing, hierarchy)
  • Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working proficiency in Italian & English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing automation flows (welcome series, retention, reactivation)
  • Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Hotjar
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience working in international or remote teams
