To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Advertising Specialist to support the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across key acquisition channels.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn performance marketing, work with data, and develop hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms. You will work closely with senior team members to manage campaigns, analyze results, and contribute to performance improvements.

The position is remote, with occasional travel to our offices for team collaboration and company events.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Support the setup and launch of advertising campaigns (primarily on Google Ads).
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Implement changes to campaigns (budgets, bids, keywords, creatives) based on guidance.
  • Assist in testing new strategies, targeting approaches, and ad variations.
  • Help maintain campaign structure and ensure accuracy across platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Support the creation and maintenance of performance reports using tools such as Google Sheets and platform dashboards.
  • Track key metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, conversion rates) and flag performance trends.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign results to identify basic insights and improvement areas.
  • Contribute to regular reporting and updates for the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with SEO, Content, and other teams to align on campaign needs and priorities.
  • Support improvements to landing pages and messaging based on campaign performance.
  • Share learnings and observations with the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or a related field (internships included).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong interest in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Good analytical skills and comfort working with data in tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, conversion funnels, user behavior).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Italian, Good communication skills in English (B1 level or higher).
  • Ability to work in a remote and international team environment.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience managing advertising campaigns or budgets independently.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing or performance-based business models.
